ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Our zoom personal training offers the same level of customization and care as our in-person training experience.

Fortis will design a first class program for you based on your fitness goals, level, lifestyle and the equipment you have available.

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, beginning with a warm up and followed by resistance training. Here’s how it works:

Step 1. Contact me via my contact page click here. If you have any questions I can answer them for you.

Step 2. We can schedule a time for your first training session. You will also have to download the Zoom App. After the download, you can search for Fortis by using our email fortisfitness@gmail.com. Send me a friend request. I will also send you a health questionaire, waiver, and need a list of your equipment.

Step 3. At the scheduled time, I will call you. The first session begins! Please be dressed to workout. This workout is where we all get know each other. I will get a good idea of you and your current level of fitness  and you will get a good idea of how I train. I pride myself on creating an environment that is non-judgemental, fun and safe.

Step 4. I’ll take the information from the first session and design a workout plan for you and we can start working!

PARTNER TRAINING

A First Class Program For You and a Friend!‚Äč

At a lower price then personal training, partner training will provide the same level of expert coaching with first class, targeted programming.

You and a friend can both enjoy the benefits of this life changing-decision.

Fortis will design a first class program for you and a friend based on your fitness goals, level and lifestyle.

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, beginning with a warm up, followed by resistance training amd concluding with a stretch. Here’s how it works:

Step 2. We can schedule a time for you and your partner’s first training session.

Step 3. The first session! Come dressed to workout. This workout is where we all get know each other. I will get a good idea of you and your partner’s current level of fitness (it works best if you are similar in fitness levels), goals and lifestyle and you will get a good idea of how I train. I pride myself on creating an environment that is non-judgemental, fun and safe.

Step 4. I’ll take the information from the first session and design a plan for you and your partner and we can start working!

1-TIME PROGRAM DESIGN & CONSULT

The custom training program is for those who have some level of training experience and is looking for further guidance and direction with their workouts and would like a 100% custom plan.

Fortis Fitness will create an individualized strength training regimen for you based off of a 30 minute consultation via in-person, online with zoom or by phone.

You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule, with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs and available equipment.

This plan also includes a 1 hour walk through of the program (via in-person or online with zoom) so that everything can be explained. Here’s how it works:

Step 1. Contact me via my contact page click here. If you have any questions I can answer them for you.

Step 2. We can schedule a time and day for 30 minute consultation.

Step 3. I wil take the information obtained in our consultation (i.e. health history, any injuries, fitness goals, training history, lifestyle, equipment list etc) and create a custom training plan for you. This will be delivered to you as a PDF via email.

Step 4. We can schedule our 1 hour walk through of the workout plan either in-person or online using zoom. This is where I’ll go over the workout with you and explain everything. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask me any questions.

Step 5. Any further questions can be answered via email during your 4 week program. When finished with the program (4 weeks) you then have another option to sign up again!

Small Group Coaching

Come and be apart of our highly effective, fun and energizing workout. Our workouts, bring together cardio and resistance training into one workout. Making it the best of both worlds!

1 HOUR CONSULTATION

The 1 hour consultation is great for anyone that wants to spend an hour with me to discuss anything from what direction should the take on their fitness journey,to making sense out of all the information out there on diet and nutrition, tobetter understanding how to perform certain exercises.

The 1 hour consultation is yours in the making. I’m am here for you to help you with whatever you need help with in that hour. Here’s how it works:
